Terms of Service — Better Than Scrolling

1. Who we are

Better Than Scrolling ("the Service") is operated by Westbridge Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16944743), registered office 65 London Wall, London, United Kingdom, EC2M 5TU ("we", "us", "our").

2. Using the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to misuse it, disrupt it, or attempt to access other users' accounts.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payments are processed by our payment provider. You can cancel at any time from your profile — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change; we'll give you reasonable notice before any change affects your subscription.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Content and safety

Adventures we suggest are ideas, not professional advice. You are responsible for judging whether an activity is safe and appropriate for you. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from activities you choose to do.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
